I understand your concerns, but from what we know, the short answer is no. The long answer is, personalized queries are tied to your iCloud account only, and in one way or another it will only read such things if: 1. You ask Siri yourself, and 2. You are at home or at least the same location where Homepod is. It is suggested Homepod detects a nearby iPhone, iPad and/or iPod Touch to identify you are in fact at home.
