In reading about the BrailleMe, it only has 6-dot cells instead of the usual 8-dot cells, so I presume that computer braille isn't really supported?
I did not dig too deeply, but is the battery user replaceable? I like the idea of having the cursor routing buttons, I'm not sure about only having 6 dots.
