In regular, 6-dot Braille, before the switch to UEB, dots 4-6 together would mean whatever word you were writing next was either Italicized, bolded, or underlined. If you were doing this to more than 3 words in a row, you'd put dots 4-6 twice before the first word, then once before the last word. To capitalize something, you just put a dot 6 in front of it.
