Hi, I believe you can assign different chimes or sounds to different devices at least for the doorbells and chimes. I haven’t any of the spotlight cams so can’t speak to them directly. Robin

The problem is that for whatever reason, the audio output switches to the ear piece and on top of that, the volume is reduced quite a bit. I've learned to automatically put the phone to my ear and raise the volume with the volume button.
