Hi Maria and all. Thanks for the help. Maria, I didn’t have the iPhone far enough away from me. I was planning on setting up an appointment at our local Apple Store. The call led me to someone in Apple Care, and he transferred me to Charity in the Apple Accessibility center. She linked into my iPhone where she could see my screen. She had me hold the iPhone at arm’s length and it worked. I’m still getting used to how this thing works, but I’m getting there. Thanks to all for the help.
