Hello Terri, The TV Guide Mobile app for iOS is completely VoiceOver accessible, once you get past the Welcome screen. It's been quite some time since I encountered the Welcome screen but if I recall, you can perform a 3-finger swipe from right-to-left in order to get to the end of the welcome messages and then activate the Done/Got-it, button.
