Same here, never seen a recorder in Dropbox. I assume he is referring to the app RecUp which up until about a year and a half or 2 years ago was called "Dropvox", note the spelling with a "v" instead of a "b". However, these two apps had absolutely nothing to do with each other in terms of who made them, Dropvox or now RecUp is made by a third-party developer who simply chose to integrate the recording app to work very seamlessly with Dropbox.
