You sure can know if you are in the video. After you take your picture, turn on Narrator. After Narrator, focus on the picture file, and press shift+caps lock+D. Narrator will use an on line service to describe the picture enough to know that you are in the picture. It told me something like: One person, a man, close up with dark hair.
