The issues you all have you name them as issues but simply they are not. It is just another way the app works and that's youtube's policy whether you like it or not.

Well, I also am having issues and I have the latest update with an iPhone 7. To say there are no issues is not right, to say there are no issues with your phone is fine. But you can’t just tell others not to complain or give feedback if they’re having issues.

Good for you.
I'm glad you have no issues.
However, I do have the issue of the collapse video button not working on my 8 plus. Since you know for a fact that there isn't an issue with youtube, then tell us what's wrong with our phones.

I am using the latest update to the YouTube app. I am not having any problems with accessibility or closing videos. I am using an iPhone 7.

I just checked, and the collapse video button is still there on my IPhone 6, running 11.2.6. It still is at the top left corner of my screen. I do not know the number of my You Tube version, but there is no update for it in my app store, so I guess it is the latest one. I do not know the reason for the discrepancy in our experiences.
