I downloaded and install IOS11.3 3 nights ago, and despite the notice that Apple recommendedd that I have 2 step verification, I said that it was my iPhone and I didn't want it, but the program took no notice of my wish and kept insisting that I enter my email and apple id, but I kept ignoring the request, and now, not before time either, Apple seems to have accepted the unpalatable fact that I don't appreciate its interference and like Nelly the elephant, has trundled back into the jungle, never, I hope, to be seen again!

As for the steps to avoid it, when prompted, just select the "Not Now" button. I have a 6 S Plus, running iOS 11.3, using an iCloud account that does not have two-step Verification, enabled. I know big brother is looking out for me, but I don't want him to, nor do we need him to. If this can be avoided, would someone please include steps on how to do so? All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers! Sennt from my iBarstool. Arguing with a woman is like reading a software license agreement.
