I’d suggest checking out two options.
Walgreens pharmacies provide a talking pill reminder cap on their prescriptions 
as well as an app that can identify the prescription number and be used to do 
refills, but it doesn’t seem to speak the specific prescription.  Hence, the 
talking pill reminder cap.

Or, several chains now use the ScriptTalk from Envision America.  You can check 
it out at www.scriptability.com<http://www.scriptability.com>

They are also doing an app, but the pharmacy has to participate in their 
program for that to work.
