Hi jenn, thanks for letting me know the message came through.
Yes you can access the icloud mail rules via iOS by the website but
first, you have to tell the browser to request the desktop site.
I can get this far but it is after I login, tap the mail button, tap a
button that for the moment, the name escapes me. Its just above the
back button on the iPhone though.
The next screen is where it says: preferences, rules etc. This is the
screen where VoiceOver can read all the buttons but when double
tapping on one of them, it doesn't work. Even though by turning off
VO. I was able to by accident, get to the rules screen.

rules: if you have any and try to figure out a workaround from the VoiceOver
point of view and share here what you did, that would be really appreciated.
Similarly, For those who don't know what I'm talking about, just
let me know and I'll provide step by step instructions with how far I got with
the process.
