Your SE has the same processor as my 6S Plus and my phone usually takes about 15 seconds to boot to the login screen. Personally I couldn’t care if there was a sound or not since first of all I usually turn off my phone only 2 or 3 times a month and secondly I guess I subconsciously count after I press the start button and once I get to about 15 the screen for my PIN is usually there.
