Yes you can set the time I believe you would I would probably use Siri to set the time for the amount of times that I want I’ve been just doing it knowing the time I start and just looking at the Watch and having it tell me how much time has elapsed but I think you can probably set a timer I will have to try that the next time I hope I’ve helped.
