I have the sero ap and purchased the premium one so I could get the audible
described tv shows ans movies.  It was working fine for a while but now I'm
having trouble when I try to log in.  I need to change my password because I
can't remember what it is and forgot to write it down.  However, when I try
to put in my email address or cell phone # it says they are not recognized.
I have been paying for the ap all along but now can't get in.  Does anyone
know, if I uninstall and reinstall the ap will it mess up my paid
subscription?  Any other suggestions?
