I provide some assistance to new users of the IPhone using voiceover and I have found a practice that is very helpful. When you first begin with any app, go to the top of the screen and begin flicking from left to right to move down the page from line to line. when you land on a line, wait a short time to hear what voiceover tells you about same. Often it will explain what to do like when you land on a text field, it will give you the name of the field then tell you to double tap to enter the text. The secret is to slow down, use patience and let the phone assist you. In addition it is useful to move all the way to the bottom of the screen before you attempt entering anything, just to see what is there and available. We have had some really good results with this method.And I hope it will help you with mastering this amazing device.
