Hi Judy Actually you can use multiple email accounts with the gmail app.
If you are happy with the way you are currently accessing your email, then I see no reason to switch to another app even if Google says it. However, if you like to try out different apps, then I say go for it! We all have choices and regardless of weather you stay with your current setup or use another email app, you will eventually decide based on your own judgement.
