When I opened B M E last night to ask one of its invaluable sighted volunteers
if I had a picture on my television screen or just a message telling me that
there was "no signal", I was asked to sign in and enter my email address and
password. I have never been asked to perform any of these functions before,
and, if it continues, I will have to manage without the wonderful assistance
that I have received from the service.
I was shown 3 or was it 4 email addresses, one of which has me in a quandry as
it is with a server that I don't remember ever having done business with and
which of the 3/4 I, originally, signed up with, I haven't a clue and when I did
enter the most likely, I was told that it didn't know that address., even
though it had given it to me as one possible address, and it is a heck of a
hassle to put in my complicated code.
It is to be hope that this is only temporary!
