I can concur with Andy... I’ve used several bluetooth headphones/headsets in the past and definitely a difference between them. Plantronics Legend works very well, and I’ve just purchased Air Pods and they work very well too. There will always be a bit of latency with any bluetooth but definitely less noticeable in some rather than others.
