Well, on this link it is clearly stated that iOS devices support audio described content and in the list of available movies and TV shows Bosch Season 1 (and other seasons) are listed. I have, however, had no luck finding an item in Audio and Subtitles where I can enable them when Bosch Season 1 is playing.
