Hello list,

Using Voiceover on an iPhone SE running iOS 11.4.1. I am writing today as
yesterday evening, I noticed that the native mail app which I keep in the
third position from left to right on my phone’s dock has gone missing. I did
not accidentally delete or move it as I have gone through my different
screens and folders and it’s not showing up anywhere.

If I do a spotlight search, the app shows up. Same if I go to the app store
and type in “mail”. It will appear with eh “open button”: indicating that it
is still on my phone. I still get incoming mail alerts and when one does
show up, I can double tap through and be placed in the corresponding message
and navigate the app as normal. It also appears in the app switcher.

At this point, I am at a loss with what to try next.

Any help or ideas on how to restore this app would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Cristobal
