Hi Danny, By default, BARD Mobile doesn't download over the cellular network because at 11 MB per hour, doing so chews through a lot of data. However, if you want to download books over the cellular network, you can turn on this option. Open BARD Mobile, choose Settings,and then choose User Account Settings. Turn on "Download over mobile network."
