Tom, I'm getting the same response.  My husband too my SE to Verizon today and they told him it must be something from Apple because the Verizon stuff checked out.

I hope someone has the solution.

Regards,

Nancy

Hi,

I’m not sure what’s happening here, but it seems that intermittently, over the
last week or two, I’ll ask Siri for something and I’ll get a response, then it
will also say something like “Sorry, I’m having a problem. Please try again.”
Has anyone else noticed this lately?

Of course, if I ask for some sort of explanation Siri isn’t smart enough to
give me one such as “your Internet connection is unstable” or “I’m having
trouble understanding you”. So I have no clue about what’s going on.
