Hi Raul,
I know a few people who still use the reset button on their Windows box and
get away with it consistently. Even though they know it is not recommended.

But if Apple has recommended this method as stated recently, I'd like to be
able to first confirm it and then compare that to the other methods or more
importantly see if they recommend it when the phone is not locking up.
I hope we can come up with some sense of what qualifies as best practices on
this one.

Hi Jon, I agree with you, but since many people are convinced that pressing
the power button over and over is a safe way to force reboot their phone,
who are we to say otherwise? It's only an opinion after all.
