Hi Raul, I know a few people who still use the reset button on their Windows box and get away with it consistently. Even though they know it is not recommended.
But if Apple has recommended this method as stated recently, I'd like to be able to first confirm it and then compare that to the other methods or more importantly see if they recommend it when the phone is not locking up. I hope we can come up with some sense of what qualifies as best practices on this one.
