Hi, Siri suggests shortcuts based on things you've done recently, and apps can provide shortcuts. There's also a Shortcuts app that you can use to create shortcuts that perform a group of tasks based on your voice commands. This app is the latest iteration of an app called Workflow. It isn't built into iOS 12, but I would imagine it will be available in the App Store tomorrow.
