HI Sieghard, Oh, I have no intentions of getting rid of my iPhone. I just thought it would be nice not to have to carry my iPhone around with me in some cases. I like that old phone to much to ever get rid of it completely.

Yes, you can make and receive calls with the LTE version of the Apple Watch 3 and 4, but the fact is that many apps you have on your iPhone simply don't exist for the watch.
