Agreed. I always update over the air now and have rarely had any issues. I add a step to my update process, whenever I get any new version of iOS, I reboot the phone after the update has finished. I have found that this goes a long way to preventing bugs or issues. Yes, the phone reboots while updating, but it is like restarting one's computer after updating or installing a new version of the screen reader.
