Hello everyone.

During the beta cycle, I discovered Measure was not on all my devices either, 
like my iPad Mini 2 and 6th generation iPod Touch. I therefore conclude that 
since Measure is an app using Augmented Reality, it is only available on 
devices starting with iPhone 6s and 5th generation iPad.
