Nothing works. You can't even log out even when you are asked are you sure you want to log out. Erica does not work with the microphone. This whole thing was poorly designed. First of all, what made them think that people necessarily wanted a voice like Erica? I could see this working for someone who can't use their hands. But this is not how this has been marketed. What if you want to bank while you are in public? Now the world gets to hear what it is you are trying to do even if you have screen curtain turned on. The only way I can comfortably bank is by phone.
