Hi Debbie Yes, the problem is as you described. I find that the problem seems to mostly occur when I’m multi-tasking & swipe between apps frequently. It is hard to pinpoint the exact cause because it occurs randomly. Closing the app in which the problem occurred at the time & removing it from the app switcher, then relaunching the app fixes the problem. It’s a pain to have to do this to solve the problem.
