Hi folks I appologize for the fact that maybe some menu items are not translated correctly because I am a native Dutch speaker. This has been confirmed by some iphone 8 and 8+ users. Do the following. Go into the telephone app and tab the section recent calls. There you find all calls that recently have bbeen in-or outgoing. Search for a number that is not in your own contacts and press the more info button and then sweep to the right until you find the item add new contact. Open it and the text edit field forname is prompted. For some users now device dependend, they cannot type into the text field only hearing the bonk bonk sound but nothing is entered. Honestly, I am posting this for a friend, I am still working with my good old iphone 5s and cannot reproduce this bug, however I am in a Dutch whatsapp voiceover forum and already 2 members did confirm this bug. Sometimes it happens sometimes not, sometimes it helps by flicking right to name, left to forname double tap and then entering text but in most cases the edit field is not accessible at all.
