Try a Reset Network Settings, this resets all radios including WiFi and Bluetooth, but remember you will need your WiFi password and reconnect after the phone reboots and If your iPhone is called "Pauls's iPhone" or something like that you have to go to Settings > General > About and rename it, a Reset Network Settings results in the phoe just being called "iPhone". Reset Network Settings is under Settings > General > Reset (the very last item in General Settings".
