Hi,

Have you tried restarting and resetting the watch? I would try those things, in 
that order, to see if they solve the problem. To restart, hold down the side 
button until the watch vibrates, then double-tap the Power Off button. Wait a 
couple of minutes to make sure it has shut down, and then press the side button 
and hold it for several seconds.

If that doesn't help, reset the watch by holding down the digital crown and 
side button for 10 seconds or so.
