So I haven't been able to peg this one down completely yet to determine
if it's related to switching keyboards, but it's definitely a bug that
was introduced in IOS 12.1. Often when I access the app switcher to kill
something, it speaks that the app switcher has been activated, however
it's still on the home screen. but I think it happens once I've switched
from flick type to the main keyboard. Anyone else ever seen this before?
