Dulce there are two functions for Siri in settings. you want to turn OK Siri off or if you've got google loaded up turn off OK Google. Both lay in wait in the background to pick up your speech at a distance as if you might want to issue a command at a distance. So it's hearing you or are you on your computer or something else going on. since you're not really asking the question directly it doesn't have any clue what you're saying which must be why the poor thing keeps saying it doesn't understand what you mean. Turn off OK Siri or turn off OK google depending on which you've got switched on.
