Hi Mary, Command-N starts a new message, and you can tab between fields. Command-Shift-D sends the message, and Command-Shift-N checks for new mail. I don't know if there's a way to go through the suggestions of which address to write your message to. Try Down Arrow, as that's how it's done on a Mac.
