Hi Tom are you using Alex as your voice over voice? If so try switching it to the Tom voice and that should go away. I have that in IOS 12 when I was using Alex as my voice over voice. So I switched over to Tom and my phone doesn’t do that anymore. I have A iPhone 6S plus as well. I’ve had this problem for quite some time now. Most of the time when I end a phone call, voice over goes to mute. I can hear the clicks going from app to app but no speech.
