I constantly lose my earpieces so I go with the pretty good but under $40 Plantronics PTL M165. The sound is pretty good and the microphone fair. The little wire loop that you can snap on or off that goes around your ear means it never falls out when you run into that bush or turn your head too fast.

They’re fairly big and use a boom mic The Edge has a slightly smaller footprint and uses those plasticky ear hooks whereas the 5200/Legend is one solid piece. Where you swivel the boom mic depending if you want to use your left or right ear. I’m not aware of any other single ear piece that has four mics like the 5200. Another thing to consider and why I prefer the Plantronics earpieces is that they can be turned off/on with a switch instead of having to press and hold a button to power on/off. There’s also a Plantronics iOS app that you can access to enable/disable features. I for the most part have a lot of the extras turned off, but they’re there if you want to use them.
