Hi Nancy and Gary, In addition to using visual voicemail on your phone, you also have the option to call a number to check it. If you do that, you will be prompted to enter your pin and told what numbers to dial to hear your messages, save or delete them, etc. I would suggest using this method to hear the message and delete it. If you don't know what number to call, ask your phone carrier for help.
