Hi Again Marilyn, Maybe you can get some other Voice Mail options by doing the following. Call your iPhone number, & when your greeting / Voice Mail answers press the, Pound, key to get to the options. Maybe, just maybe, you might find a setting in here that'll get you back to where you want to be.
