Have you rebooted your phone, i.e. turned it off and back on, also, remove the SIM after turning it off then put it back and turn the phone back on.

I don’t know what else to try. Do not disturb is off. Next flick gives me “Scheduled” and double tap to toggle setting. I don’t know what this means or does.
