I understand the problem people are having. However, I have found that if you memorize a spot that works in front of you, as in position, it will work every time. My daughter told me, that often I took the phone back to far. With her ideas and assistance, I can get it to undo itself 90% of the time. I just have to remember that my hand has to be in a certain position and a certain place for it to work. I’m not happy with Face ID, but I’m going to use it because I refuse to allow something technological to beat me. :-)
