You will probably need cited help setting it up, but once it is paired to your 
phone, the app is  quite accessible. You will need to read the manual to find 
out what it does. Some of them are waterproof, some of them are not. Some of 
them can check your pulse, can track how many flights of stairs you climb, all 
of them can count your steps.
The program also has a calorie counter, will let you track your sleep, and will 
let you track your water intake, those are not features of the watch (Well, the 
sleep tracker might be)
