By default any email client puts any replied to or forwarded message underneath the message you are writing. Your signature is part of the message you are writing/composing which is why it appears above the message you reply to or forward. If you set up a signature in Outlook on the PC and reply to a message or forward one the signature will also appear first. You can of course simply select your signature text and delete it before you tap Send, then all you get is the message you forwarded..
