Adam,
If you have the sounds set to vibrate on ring, and make a custom ringtone that
is silent, and set that as your timer sound, it will work.
But, there is no option for vibrate only with the timer.
Sounds like a good suggestion for Apple as someone who is deaf or hard of
hearing could certainly find this useful. Not to mention those who do not want
to disturb someone around them.
