Do you have to actually sign out or just clear the browsing history?

  Go to open navigation menu in upper left-hand corner. Then double tap on your 
account. It actually says the words your account. Then scroll and scroll way 
down to the bottom of the list and it has browsing history. That’s where you 
can clear it.
  The sign out is under the settings choice in the navigation menu.

        Hi,

        For what it is worth, the Amazon app does now work to select shipping 
address and also to place an order. Taking the advice of customer service, I 
deleted both my browsing history and signed out of the app and when signing in 
again, I was able to accomplish both of these tasks.
