Hello everyone, My subject says it all. I can not seem to lock my phone, when on a call. I am using an iPhone XR, with the latest update.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, is there anything that can be done about it? I assume not. But I figured I would ask. I can lock my phone when on a call, using my Bluetooth ear piece. But when on a call, holding the phone to my ear, it can’t be done. If I try to do this, my phone then goes to speaker. Why could this be happening?
