Hi, I updated to IOS 12.1.3 last night and I just re-tested Apple News again just a few minutes ago. This time around I didn’t use a Braille display; I selected an article, opened it, did the two-finger swipe down and let VO chatter away. Again, the reading experience seemed to be nice and smooth, or perhaps I didn’t notice the refresh. Hmmm.
