Hi okay I open the messages app on my phone.
And then I put in the person who I would like to send A message to.
Then I go over to record audio message and record my audio message.
Then I send it off.
Well when the person that gets my message responds to it with an audio
message.
I will hear part of the message and then my phone will say sorry there
was A problem with the app.
I have had this issue since IOS 11 or 12 so can this be corrected for me
if so how?
I have went in the settings for messaging and turned stuff of and turn
it back on again.
And that didn't fix it so what is the next thing to do?
I am running an iPhone six S plus with IOS 12.1 on it I believe.
So if anyone can help please do.
