I remember a number of messages a few days ago where it was stated that it was not possible to assign/save a custom RingTone for a specific contact. I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 6 and this works fine for me. I made a few RingTones with iTunes from songs I have and could assign and save them just fine and I did one for my work number and then called my cell from that number and the custom RingTone worked. I just thought I post this so that if somebody had problems they can revisit this and give it another try. Anybody who wants more information from me feel free to post it or email me directly.
